چکیده مقاله
This paper investigates the emerging role of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) in facilitating solo entrepreneurship, particularly emphasizing how GenAI tools can simulate functions traditionally carried out by startup teams. Against the growing trend towards Solopreneurship and the increasing accessibility of GenAI systems, the study explores whether GenAI can effectively replace the need for co-founders or early-stage team members. Drawing on existing literature in entrepreneurship and human-AI collaboration, the paper develops a conceptual framework that identifies key startup activities — including ideation, product development, marketing, design, financial planning, and customer interaction — and examines how current GenAI tools align with these functions. Through workflow mapping and analysis, the study highlights the capabilities and limitations of AI-driven team simulation. Furthermore, based on a review of relevant literature, the paper explores the implications of such simulations for startup agility, cost structures, decision-making quality, and ethical practices. Rather than proposing a prescriptive model, this study offers a conceptual inquiry into how GenAI reshapes the boundaries of entrepreneurial labour.
