چکیده مقاله
The Industry 5.0 signifies a fundamental transition of original technology-centric attention of Industry 4.0 to a human-centered, sustainable and resilient industrial paradigm. This study is about how the principles of Industry 5.0 impact safety, health, and environment (HSE) frameworks by integrating new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and additive manufacturing with human-centered design and sustainability practices. It compares the adoption of HSE in Industry 4.0 as opposed to Industry 5.0 through thorough literature analysis, stressing the revolutionary potential of Industry 5.0 in augmenting the well-being of the people at work, the environment, and operational resilience. Human-centric tools, sustainable systems, and AI-influenced risk management are vital touch points discussed here, supported by empirical case studies. Issues include data ethics, upskilling the workforce, and technical integration against practical recommendations for academia and industry. This paper would complement the Industry 5.0 discourse with a systematic framework for HSE transformation in the context of the fifth industrial revolution.
